Opening the Mona Lisa in May 2010 was a long awaited dream for Italian Corrado Rattone. With 35 years experience he fully understands the importance of serving quality food with excellent service. Focusing on a small but carefully chosen menu with freshly prepared seasonal dishes and proudly offering the best real Italian coffees on the coast.

Our Guests Say...

"I have been going to the Mona Lisa Bistro for some years. I just have to visit Mona Lisa at least two or three times when I am on vacation in Calahonda. I have been there both with buddies and my girlfriend. In August my girlfriend and I had breakfast there on several occasions and we both really enjoyed it; the food is perfectly cooked and displayed and both the owner (the italian guy) and the waitress are very polite and friendly. In Spain, it is very hard to come by really good coffee, but Mona Lisa's coffee is the absolutely best in the whole Costa del Sol. I promise you! The location of the bistro is a bit so so, located just behind Lidl and next to/behind Supersol. But it doesn't matter when you taste the food and/or the coffee! Mona Lisa is much much better that the nearby cafés. Please trust me on this! " (HAAKON by Tripadvisor)
